The smell of cat urine upon walking into the room was overwhelming. It was evident that it was a problem from the ozone machine on the table, in an ill attempt to mask the odor. When my kids pulled back the sheets on the bed some unknown bug ran from under the sheets. However all l the staff were extremely friendly.

The amenities listed on hotels.com were very incorrect, things that made me pick this particular property. There was no restaurant or bar, which I needed after 13 hours in the car. The hot tub had been out of service for quite a while and the pool heater was broken. However breakfast was great, and the staff was wonderful.

The only thing we didn’t like was trying to get to and froze m the property because of the big trucks. There was a truck stop close by and it took forever to get out and get in.
