This hotel is in a great location on a historic plaza with a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff are great, breakfast is very nice. Parking is a little complicated but reasonable, reception will give a ticket for it.

Great stay in the best location

We loved this hotel. From our wonderful shuttered room we looked out on the Plaza Mayor, the A1 location in Caceres. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious. It was everything we could ask for and more.

Perfect location on the Plaza Mayor. All the top sights are within walking distance. I am traveling by myself and the room was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I had one critique it would be the breakfast buffet. Perhaps I was late but I didn't go back the second day.

Great location, nice lobby and nice room overlooking the Plaza Major. The two complaints I have concern the hair dryer in the bathroom, which stoped working every 30 seconds or so (so it took me over 30 minutes to dry my hair) and no extra blanked or duvet for the bed (we were there in January and it was cold).

Amazing location though car access is tricky. Staff was friendly. My room was clean though very cramped but I chose the cheapest option so knew what I was getting. Fine for a two night stay if you’re just there to sleep otherwise opt for a bigger room.

Wonderful location and excellent value

Perfect location on the main square just outside of the old town. Old, updated building - comfortably and spacious if not of the highest quality. Very reasonable. Excellent and helpful staff. A little bit of a walk to the parking garage, but understandable given the location. Had to convince the garage staff to let me park as the garage was full when we arrived.
