VILLA WITH MAGNIFICENT WOODED GARDEN NEAR THE BEACH AND TOWN CENTER
We offer this 70m² house on a large wooded garden (with a children's swing set and a ping-pong table) just 500m from the beach and Cabourg town center.
This villa features a large 26m² living/dining room on the ground floor (with a flat-screen TV, home theater system, and radio/CD player) and a fully equipped separate kitchen (two electric hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, and washing machine in the utility room, as well as a traditional and Nespresso coffee maker).
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one 160x200cm bed in the first bedroom and two 90x190cm trundle beds in the second bedroom) and a bathroom (with a bathtub and a tumble dryer).
Separate toilets on the ground floor and first floor.
Baby equipment available (travel cot and changing mat).
Free internet access throughout the house.
You can park 2 cars in the garden.

Lovely house

The house was in a lovely location, very convenient for the beach and town centre. The house had all we needed with well equipped kitchen, private parking and a safe garden for our dog. We had a relaxing stay, in a peaceful part of town.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, die Küche etwas klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe, Betten waren bequem. Die Badewanne ist sehr klein, auch zum Duschen. Diese war auch leider sehr dreckig, der ganze Abfluss voller fremder Haare!! Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, daher war es zeitweise etwas laut. Im großen und ganzen aber hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Maison coquette et agréable

Séjour en novembre, Petite maison dans joli jardin assez proche du front de mer. Cabourg est un vrai petit paradis. Maison fonctionnelle par ses fenêtres et volets roulants électriques, agréable à vivre même si quelques équipements sont vieillots. Pas d’hésitation à avoir !
