Très belle maison idéalement située au cœur de la station. Par contre, l’appartement demanderait quelques corrections : des volets ou rideaux dans le salon, un réglage de la porte et du pommeau de douche, un ménage mieux fait . Mais on s’adapte, le charme de la maison et de la station opérant, avec une grosse fréquentation la deuxième semaine des vacances de Noël.

Dommage de trouver dans une belle villa de Cabourg, un appartement au ménage inexistant, des rideaux qui s ouvrent difficilement, le matelas taché dans une chambre glauque et poussiéreuse.Gestion des fournitures, clefs, draps et taies d'oreillers dépareillés et pas à la dimension des oreillers sales aussi, couette avec taches diverses, sang etc.. Cafetière entartre, prises mal fixées au mur, aucun produit de nettoyage, pas de bouilloire.Oblige de chercher et redonner les clefs à l agence!

Comme je l'ai signalé, la cuvette des WC doit être fixée. Il y a eu une coupure de courant pendant toute une matinée, nous aurions dû être prévenu: nous avons été quitte pour aller prendre notre petit déjeuner au café! Le grille pain ne marche pas: les bordures montraient des signes de fonte par la chaleur: au prix de location, il est indéssant de laisser du matériel dans cet état: c'est inadmissible au vu du standard de l'appartement. Enfin, certains radiateurs ne marchaient pas.

Beaucoup de petits problèmes (lit dur, rideaux, propreté,...pas au niveau de ce bel appartement et de cette belle maison. C'est vraiment dommage ,la propriétaire doit réagir!

Très bonne localisation, mais appartement qui mériterait d être mieux entretenu.chaises , canapé sale, aération bouché par la poussière, ustensiles cuisine pas adaptés aux plaques de cuisson, pas de rideaux, ni store dans le salon, donc impossible de dormir dans le canapé,résidence bruyante. remise des clefs très tardives dans l apm.bref , nous ne reviendrons pas.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in historischem Ambiente

Das Haus mit seiner historischen Architektur ist sehr schön, die Lage ruhig und dennoch sehr nah zu Promenade und Strand. Die Dusche war etwas eng für größere Personen und der Abfluss im Waschbecken schien verstopft - lässt sich aber sicher rasch beheben. Sonst alles sehr gepflegt. Der Salon mit Gartenblick wunderbar.
