Problème de chauffage

Appartement bien situé face à la mer. Logement bien équipé, spacieux pour un deux pièces. La seule mauvaise surprise a été le chauffage à notre arrivée. Il faisait 10 degrés dans la chambre, de même que dans les WC, la cuisine et la salle de bain. Seule la pièce principale était chauffée à 19 degrés. Aucun radiateur dans cuisine et WC. Impossible de chauffer la chambre à plus de 16. Dur dur la 1ere nuit vu qu’on a démarré à 10. Interhome a du donner un radiateur d’appoint. Merci pour ce geste.

Voilà plusieurs fois que nous louons cet appartement qui est très agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la vue est superbe et nous sommes proche de toutes les commodités (commerce, mini golf, casino, restaurants, marché etc...) tout est parfait (sauf le box qui est vraiment petit, il faudrait enlever la porte on gagnerait un peu de place)

Dommage que les requêtes des clients précédents datant déjà d'au moins 1 an minimum ne soient pas prises en compte, comme le rideau de douche, cafetière à filtre inexistante et four en plus du micro-onde. De plus nous avons dû détartrer la bouilloire (une horreur, problème d'hygiène) et la machine Nespresso.(inutilisable ne coulant plus). La TV dans la chambre ne captait pratiquement pas (dommage). Le ménage dans les rebords de la chambre très limite (problème d'hygiène)

Appartement très bien situé et agréable mais mauvais suivi par Interhome de l'équipement (d'année en année on retrouve un grand tapis de plus en plus sale, un aspirateur dégoutant et sans sacs, pas de balais à frange propre pour laver le sol, manque d'ampoules électriques, etc) et pas de vérification du ménage effectué avant arrivée des clients (j'ai dû laver les carreaux dégoutants, vider le lave vaisselle, laver le balcon sale) et la wifi ne fonctionnait pas

Nous connaissons cette location pour en avoir déjà disposé. Cette année avec le confinement, location annulée la semaine de Pâques avec la perte d'une partie de l'acompte. Fortement déçu de n'être pas remboursé de la totalité
