Studio avec vue magnifique sur la mer, emplacement prisé dans le centre de Cabourg, mais mal équipé (literie inconfortable notamment) Idéal pour un court séjour

Situation idéale !

Vue époustouflante sur la mer et la plage pour ce bel appartement récemment et joliment rénové , très bien équipé, situé au bord de la plage dans une copropriété très bien entretenue , calme et sécurisée . La place de parking privative en sous-sol est appréciable ! Nous avons bien envie de le louer à nouveau et l'avons même conseillé à des proches .

Logement pas entretenu, sale et ménage pas fait. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas au bien loué, sur place couchage sur canapé lit de mauvaise qualité au lieu de 2 lits montrés sur les photos . Douille de chantier sans abat-jour dans la pièce alors que sur la photo très beaux spots. Baie vitrée complètement vétuste et opaque empêchant de profiter de la vue sur la mer, balcon détérioré et sale .La télévision fonctionne 1x sur 2 très mauvaise réception, aucun signal....

Dommage !

L'appartement manque d'entretien et donc se dégrade. Ce qui reste inchangée et précieux c'est sa situation avec vue sur la mer. Dommage que la baie vitrée soit devenue terne et le balcon très abîmé. A souligner également le tarif trop élevé d'internet et la cafetière de secours toujours en service (trop petite et trop lente).

l'appartement est correct, le point négatif est ce système de 2 lits de 90 accolés, au lieu d'un clic clac, ce qui fait qu'ils prennent en permanence beaucoup de place et qu'on n'a jamais la bonne taille de draps de pus le double vitrage des portes fenêtres est plein d'humidité ce qui fait que la vue est brouillée
