On the 4th floor, with elevator, crossing apartment, TWO EAST AND WEST BALCONIES offering: entrance with storage cupboards, living room/lounge (flat screen TV, DVD player, a 2-seater sofa bed 140x190) facing west opening onto a balcony with a view sea, independent kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer), a 1st bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x190 and 1 trundle bed 90x190) facing East opening onto a balcony overlooking the estuary of the Dives; 2nd bedroom (1 double bed 160X200), bathroom (bath, heated towel rail) and separate WC. A private garage in the basement.

Plage immense pour de belles promenades y compris sur la digue. Architecture de la ville typique de la Normandie. Dives sur mer et son espace médiéval à 2 pas grace à la passerelle à côté de la location.
