Wow. What can I say? We have traveled all over the world and stayed at remarkable homes, but this property topped them all. The hosts were fantastic and texted and called to see if we were happy and enjoying ourselves. The concierge, Jon, greeted us with margaritas and guacamole, gave us a tour of the home, arranged for a chef to prepare an authentic Mexican meal in our kitchen, arranged for masseuses to come for outdoor massages, and recommended some wonderful nearby restaurants. However, the star of the vacation was the extremely comfortable and beautiful home. Tons of room, comfortable couches, beds, and outdoor furniture. Lively art with architectural niches with crosses backlit at night. Private pool and hot tub. Private beach for the secure community. We only saw one other person on the beach during our whole week. Atop it all is a roomy penthouse view with a fire pit, looking out at the Sea of Cortez and breaching humpback whales with their new calves. We ended this wonderful vacation with a dinner at Metate, a nearby restaurant I would highly recommend for a Baja experience. We will certainly be back and will certainly recommend it to all of our friends. This was our 4th trip to Cabo, and nothing has come close to this experience. It's too bad we can't give it 6 stars.
