Spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location.

Pros: This hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. They assisted with luggage, parking and directions to activities, This hotel had 2 pools and direct beach access. Our room overlooked the ocean so it had a great view. We appreciated the plant based shampoo, soap and body lotion in the bathroom. Cons: The spa was extremely hard to reach and when we did they were slow to respond. They never did respond to all of our inquiries so we did not end up booking a spa service. The breakfast should be improved. There were very few vegan options and none were clearly labelled. There was a clearly labelled Gluten Free bread section so vegan items need to also be clearly labelled. More options such as peanut butter, vegan yogourt, plain bananas, tofu/tempeh, vegan sausage, vegan eggs, smoothies, etc should be available. Soya milk is available but only upon request. We have been to many Portugese hotels where there is a vegan section that is clearly labelled. There should be a water dispenser near reception desk like there is in the gym area. Many hotels offer a large water dispenser and snacks by the reception desk. This hotel was mentioned to be non-smoking but there were people smoking outside the doors and at the pool area. There is no fan in the bathroom which adds to the moisture in the room. Also the hair dryer is in a bad spot near the bidet and doesnt work very well. Another suggestion would be cabanas and/or beds at the pool and beach.
