Direct beach access from this spacious 2 bedroom villa nestled in a private & peaceful bushland setting with sea views.
Short walk to town via the beach or footpath.
* Downstairs is open plan and spacious, with both the modern fully equipped kitchen and living area opening directly onto the back covered patio. There is also a lovely plantation shuttered study/tv room, dining room and a third bathroom/laundry which opens to an undercover enclosed drying yard. There is complimentary WiFi, 2 smart TV's, ceiling fans and a gas fireplace.
* Outside, the covered patio has a table setting and BBQ adjacent to a delightful garden which opens to a large back lawn with a secure gate leading down a sandy track to the Belongil beach 1 minute away.
* Both upstairs bedrooms have ensuites, TV's, ceilings fans, reverse cycle air conditioning and private balconies.
* Master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom is usually set up as a king bed but can be made into 2 king singles if requested at the time of booking. Trundle bed in the second bedroom is available to sleep an extra child if needed but please note it won't be made up with the linen. There is also a portacot.
* There is secure gated uncovered parking for two cars.
There is an abundance of bird life here which you can enjoy with your morning coffee on the back lawn or your evening gin and tonic on the upstairs balcony
Location Highlights:
Step outside and wander just minutes to the laid-back shores of Belongil Beach, perfect for a morning swim or sunset stroll. Dine under the palms at the iconic Treehouse restaurant or take a short drive over to the North Byron Hotel, or head towards the popular Wreck surf spot for some of Byron’s best waves.

Excellent !
Best property we have rented in Byron in the 10 years we have been coming up to Bluesfest. Really well appointed and well supplied. Great outlook over the bush to the ocean. Quiet except for the sound of the ocean and fantastic bird life in the garden- so enjoyable. Would very much hope to come back.

It was listed as 3 rooms and was only 2. No spare towels and no wifi. There is almost no reception at all so no wifi meant it was a very painful weekend with an unwell baby

The townhouse was excellent, in great condition & everything provided that you could need. It was a 10 minute walk from the main Byron Bay shops/cafe & an easy 2 minute walk to the beach.

Awesome unit great location
A beautifully renovated property , very private , great location ocean views from master bedroom and and awesome bathroom , easy walk to shops and 1 minute to the beach. Would be great for two couples or a family ..note stairs if the kids are little . Great spot to stay and the owners have it very well equipped ..like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again
