quarto bom mas cafe da manha fraquíssimo

Quarto conservado e limpo porem o cafe da manhã era muito fraco e nao havia nem pao frances pois a funcionaria disse que o patrao era estrangeiro e que a maioris dos hospedes tb e eles nao ligavam para este tipo de pao. So que nao havia variedade nenhuma no cafe e muito pouco itens. A chave do quarto nao abria direito a porta faltava manutençao

It was ok

This place is nice. But 3 bad things: very slow wifi, breakfast and a lady who prepared breakfast - she was always angry. Breakfast at the first day was good but next and next day was less and less.

Ao chegar na pousada fomos informados que por problemas técnicos seríamos remanejados para a pousada Casa Azul, onde fomos muito bem recebidos. Entendemos que problemas acontecem e não temos nada a reclamar. Indicaria as duas pousadas sem duvidas.

Good suites, for those who just want to sleep.

Well, according to the photos it is the same, but there is no garage, it is not so close to the beaches and the cafe is not so good. But the service is great, and for anyone who wants good and cheap place to sleep is the! Bom, de acordo com as fotos é igual, porem nao tem garagem, nao fica tao perto das praias e o cafe nao é tao bom. Mas o atendimento é otimo, e para quem quer lugar bom e barato para dormir é la!

Foi uma boa estadia, mas senti muita falta em ter um criado mudo ao lado da cama para deixar meus objetos(óculos, celular, carteira, remédio e etc), e a sintonia da TV no meu quarto estava péssima, saindo do ar toda hora e muito chuvisco, era mais fácil investir na antena digital ou uma TV a cabo, esquecer parabólica!

Péssima Escolha

No caminho de Búzios, ligamos por várias vezes para a pousada para confirmarmos o horário de check in e ninguém no atendeu. Na chegada ao estabelecimento, o problema ampliou-se: sem qualquer vergonha, a funcionária nos disse que houve um problema no hotel e que seríamos transferido para outro da mesma rede. Detalhe: ela sequer sabia direito o nome e o endereço do novo hotel. Fora que, em havendo o referido problema, o hotel já deveria ter entrado em contato conosco e passado as informações relativas al novo hotel, sem que precisássemos ter perdido tempo de ir à Pousada Encanto do Sol. Na chegada à nova pousada, tudo piorou: precisamos perder mais tempo e esperar por mais de 30 minutos, porque o funcionário afirmou que não tinha recebido qualquer informação sobre a nossa chegada ao novo hotel...Tive de ligar para a pousada "Encanto do sol" e ainda esperar por mais tempo para a situação se resolver...

Muito Decepcionada.

Bom, não foi boa, pois quando nós chegamos estava sem luz, aí deixamos as malas e fomos almoçar e dar uma volta, e para nossa surpresa quando voltamos ainda estava sem luz, tivemos que tomar banho de água fria. Café da manhã péssimo,. Na reserva disse que tinha secador de cabelo, e pra minha surpresa não tinha, se não fosse à Recepcionista Cláudia, que trouxe um de casa ficaria sem poder lavar meu cabelo. Enfim minha comemoração de aniversário de casamento na pousada foi péssimo. Agora um elogio as recepcionistas, muito atenciosas.
