I can not say anything wrong about it really; the staff was friendly breakfast very complete swimming pool with water heated and the breath taking joao frenandes beach is only half a block away... what else do you need for a break

Nice area in front of nice beach, good afternoon tea is offered to guests, very welcomed. Pool is small, i parked the car at the street. Breakfast is ok, not superb.

This is a great location across from a very nice beach. The hotel has a pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast and afternoon tea are wonderful.

Fraud in reception

Expedia talk to them taht we change the reservation from 2 nigths to 1 night and they tried to charge me 2 nigths or no show. I told them that Expedia called them changing the reservation and they said "No, you need to pay 2 nights" I called Expedia, Expedia garanted me that was talk to Ana Yamamoto (The woman that was charging me 2 nights) and she knew thas was just one nigth. Just after I puted Ana in my phone with Expedia she agreeded to charge 1 nigth. Very disaponted with the hotel.

O pessoal da recepção em geral todos muito educados e solicitos. A Equipe de limpeza sempre a postos e preocupados com a limpeza. A Equipe da cozinha com dedicação, organização e carinho deixava nossos desjejuns saborosos e maravilhosos. A piscina do Hotel sempre bem limpa. O Hotel como um todo tb. Foi uma estada incrível. É muito perto da Praia de João Fernandes, inclusive com acesso em frente.

Boa estadia. O hotel tem uma estrutura boa de piscina e cafe da manha. O quarto é bom, cama confortável, TV com opcoes de canais, banheiro com agua quente. Podem melhorar os travesseiros, muito baixos e ruins. O estacionamento tbm nao é dos melhores, mas como os outros da região tbm nao dispoem de tanto espaco, ainda assim é um diferencial.

Pontos positivos: Boa localização para curtir as praias de João Fernandes e João Fernandinho. Serve um bom café da manhã e um chá da tarde cortesia; A piscina é boa; O quarto com vista é espaçoso. Pontos negativos: O quarto possuía infiltração e mofo; A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar; Os itens do banheiro são maus distribuídos, a porta bate na privada e o bidê ocupa muito espaço.
