"staff, rude. BOTH MANAGERS. Christopher screamed at me, being very rude, threatening me, belittled me about needing a key card. Telling me that I'm spoiled. The African American lady at night didn't even know I was in the system until I waited for ten minutes for her to hold my phone, looking at it -i had to ask her twice to hand my phone back. Took 30 minutes to get clean towels and blankets. When I brought them back, she made a joke to another customer about me. And stood laughing in my face. I caught her standing by my door, listening to me talking on the phone. Very extra. Room was disgusting, NO CASES ON THE PILLOWS??!!!"
