Disappointed

The Hotel was ok, I asked twice for batteries for the remote control, they were duds. I left the Hotel a Day early as a bus load of teenagers descended they were running around two levels slamming slamming slamming doors including banging on my door until 3 am. Nobody put a stop to this behaviour teachers or staff. So left disgusted. I would like to be reimbursed for two days. Total disregard for myself and other independent guests

Big rooms, breakfast included and best we have had in 5 cities! Close to historical sites. Mountain/city views. Staff is great and really helpful. Liked it so much we decided to stay another night in Bursa.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was vast and had everything you need: fridge, electric kettle, central A/C, light remote controle, etc. Breakfast is very good too. Staff are especially nice and helpful. Location is central to the city and you can find everything at a walking distance. Compared to the price and classification, this hotel is awesome. I recommend it to anyone who needs to visit Bursa for a couple of days.

The hotel at all is good safe location not far from center taxi station very close .The room is big .The most important thing is the reception stuff very helpful especially the night shift lady .she was very kind and love to help even things beside her main work . The only thing need to be improved is the cleanness . i recommend this hotel .
