Sheraton Bursa is a conveniently located hotel in Bursa. Rooms are big and toilets are super big. It is reasonably priced and share same campus with aloft. They have heated and open pool along with a good gym. The restaurant is serving good mix of local and international food. It is suitable for all kind of travel
The hotel is not right in the center of Bursa, but in a new district, where you can drive to center. The , rooms are spacious and new and breakfast is good, the beds could have been more comfortable. The hotel is quiet, the lobby is not so big and the bad part is there is no place other than the lobby where you can sit and have a drink. There is also a nice spa in the hotel.
The hotel has an excellent facilities: rooms , spa , restaurant. But the issue with the front desk and restaurant staff who are not friendly and not to the 5 star level. The management of the hotel are not caring enough to follow up on any complaints. The hotel is excellent if you don't get any issues with the staff but if you do I suggest that you ignore it and enjoy you trip and don't expect any attention.
Bursa in general has that vibe. As for the hotel, it has a good location relatively close to the bazar and the museum (15 mins by car). The spa is nice however I feel the message rooms could use a re-vamp. Maybe an addition of scented oil steam in the room or something like that and some light music in the background. However the message therapist I had was outstanding (forgot her name but she was from bali). There is one restaurant but serves a wide variety of cuisine and the meal I had there was very tasty. Staff is very friendly and efficient and communication in English is not very difficult. My room on the club lounge level is well decorated and sized, I personally didn't like the carpet or the metal file storing type cabinets they have on the sides of the bed... thought it looked a bit tacky for a 5 star resort but this is just my opinion. Over all very nice and relaxing stay. I recommend visiting the Turkish hamam and giving yourself a Turkish scrub down! You can do it yourself or have it done for you. Both are fun, I would probably opt for the latter.
A very nice alacarte restaurant with a very delicious menu. The executive chef Mr.Mehmet is a great chef. Meat was extremely good,if you like liver you should try the Lebanese liver also a good wine selection. Desert plate was also good. Pricess are OK, very friendly staff.
This was a business trip stay. Hotel check in was quick and efficient. Room was quite large and clean. I used in room dining and had the global standard "club sandwich" as a good comparison. Quality was good, portion good and service was quick. Price; not so cheap but in line with normal room service dining. You will find much cheaper if you eat outside the hotel, but that is obvious for Turkey. Wifi was good and fast and free with my rate and as SPG member, but normally you have to pay for the wifi. Breakfast was a great selection and quality was really good. Included in my rate, but worth the charge if you had to pay. Overall a very brief stay but hotel met the usual Sheraton standards and with a good breakfast. I would return here.
Huge marble lobby with a lot of seating areas. Coffee shops and shops... and that's only the lobby. I paid extra for the corner room and didn't regret it. The view was worth is with a beautiful green mountain. Staff were helpful and recommended good restaurants and sights.
I stayed at the Sheraton Bursa for the first time after a recommendation from a friend. The hotel is new and the furniture is in excellent condition. Although the location was a bit far from the city center, the area around the hotel is well served. It has restaurants, a Migros Market, a pharmacy and a Hertz rent a car which I utilized. The hotel staff are very cooperative and friendly. I strongly recommend the hotel to visitors.
I have to mention that all staff in the hotel are perfect and kind . Few things drive me crazy while my stay, but the staff was amazing in absorbing my anger and solving all issues. They are really wonderfull and so polite and kind ) The hotel is good to stay for business But not that much for holiday , maybe two days is enough. In general , Bursa is nice for holiday maximum two days .
My last visit to Sheraton Bursa was in 2015 and I realized that hotel and staff has been keeping their condition in a great manner. Hotel standarts have been kept up. Club lounge was joeyful. Thanks to all but more to concierge team as a quick note.
