Room was adequate, but carpet was filthy. Informed of the $11 “amenity” fee at checkout. There was a small bottle of water in the room?
Location. Hotel Staff were nice. Room not vacuumed. Carpet had some large stains through room.
Nice hotel. The shower is great. However if they give you a room in the wing of 244-280 or 344-380 and you are on the on the odd number side. There are active train tracks right outside of the hotel, also there is an intersection behind the hotel. The train shakes the hotel and blows the horn. 3-4 times over night. After midnight the horn is short beeps but it’s still loud. They fail to mention this gem in the hotel write up when you book. I put a video of the train on their Facebook page on the post about a job hire. Turn your volume up for the full accurate volume that you hear through the window
Nice room. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom floor and vanity needed to be cleaned better. (hair in the floor and vanity was sticky) The hotel vending machines only take cash, no debit card...so we were unable to get anything because we didn't feel like getting dressed and going to the desk downstairs to get change. With regard to the casino, many slot machines were older, the 3 reel slots in High Roller area are ancient. We prefer the machines at Miami Valley Gaming, so I doubt we'll return.

You could tell that they have had to cut costs. We were there on a Monday night and most bars and restaurants were closed inside the casino, we were finally able to find a sandwich and salad place after searching around. The breakfast area was also closed on Tuesday morning. The carpeting in the hallways was very stained, the bathrooms were not cleaned well. We were short on towels and coffee too. Oh and there is a train track nearby; I heard 5 trains go rumbling by between midnight and 8 AM.
Reasonable rates decent rooms
I tried to have dinner and nobody ever waited on me. Went back to our room to relax and the hotel issued the same room we were already in to another guest. Who came walking in on us No Wi-Fi in hotel room. Windows don’t have working curtains no way to block out the light
We accidently booked a smoking room(not realizing there were 2 options), even though there were signs everywhere saying June 2012 smoking was prohibited indoors unless in the casino. But they were nice enough to go and spray some smoke eliminating spray. Id stay again and make sure it sas non smoking.
Rooms are nice, the hallways and outside of building in need of major cleaning.
Staff are very friendly... very clean room... the bed was for the most part comfortable... had a great stay would definitely be back
Opened up the parking lot by getting rid of the entrance arms. No breakfast, and at least have coffee.
