Fantastic stay! Spacious/clean room with pull out couch for kids-like having 2 rooms! Breakfast was great. Only sad part was pool was closed due to lightening storm.

Enjoyed my stay here. The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer. I stayed during the week and it was pretty quiet. The room was very clean. The restaurant across the parking lot has good food and service. However, the parking lot was a bit precarious with snow removal a bit subpar. Pleasantly surprised by the hot breakfast options. The scrambled eggs were actually moist and light rather than the usual "cooked to death" eggs you get at other complimentary hotel breakfasts. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in town visiting my family, at first hotel was nice, room was clean at first glance. The next day, went to grab the phonebook and found a dirty kleenex and the wrapper to a pad. Left the drawer open for the maids to clean. Came back and the maids had not cleaned out the drawer, just simply closed it. The shampoo and conditioner were never replaced when we ran out, the beds were never made, and the floor was never vacuumed. All that was cleaned was the trash. The pool is not much better, it goes from 3 feet to 4 1/2 feet. The hot tub was not even that hot, and the jets were not even that strong, it was like a gentle push of water.
