Just a good place to stay. All we need when we visit family about 5 times a year
It’s good enough for our needs. We stay there 5-6 times a year visiting family. It’s not over priced and the breakfast is good. Now concerning the “Help Other Travelers” section of this questionnaire. Why isn’t “White Travelers” on the communities list. Isn't that racist to think only white people can travel without special help ??
6 feet of snow plows can’t get through. The hotel was staffed by the cleaning crew that couldn't get out. They left the breakfast food out all day for us stranded. Job well done
They took out the tub and have just a large shower. There are no shelves so we had to keep the soap and shampoo on the floor in the shower

Bathroom need renovation. Floors were dirty. Wiped floor with towel. It was black
Pool was no bigger than a sauna. In need of carpet and painting upgrade. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Breakfast options were quite limited.
Pretty average hotel. Old and outdated, but the beds are comfortable and the bed sheets are clean. Shower is very old with cracked tiles, the tub was very slow to drain. I had booked 1 room through Orbitz, but when I got there they told me I had 2 rooms booked. I called Orbitz and they told that only one reservation for one room appeared in their system. I went back to the receptionist and he told me they already charged my card for 2 rooms, but he issued me a refund. I don’t know what happened and whose fault was it, never happened to me before in almost 20 years of using Orbitz. Anyway, I got a refund for the second room, though it took 1 week to get the credit on my card.
Loved the stay, would’ve liked them to clean all entrances where it snowed.
Had to change rooms, the first one has unchanged sheets. There Were pretzel pieces in the sheets. Also hair in the shower soap sish
Mostly OK. Amenities are sparse but workable, but the linens and towels were clean, and towels were in good shape. The major issue is the bathtub, which was retrofitted with a fiberglass liner. The liner does not fit properly and buckles when you stand in the shower, making it difficult to stand safely.
Unlike other same style property the backdoor was lock securely with room key. However the sidewalk was poorly maintained as it covered with an inch deep and 2 feet wide of water after the storm.
Nothing special just good enough, that’s all I expect from any hotel
Hotel was nicer than I expected. Breakfast made the price worthwhile. I still don’t know why they use wallpaper in hotel bathrooms, it doesn’t hold up to the moisture or constant cleaning.
Nice pool. Nice staff. Continental breakfast has sausage and eggs which is good. Did not like pool hours, opened at 9. Most pools in hotels open at 6. Rooms need one big comfy chair like Best Western has.
