The staff was nice and attentive but the hotel is OLD and dirty! It’s in urgent need of a renovation. Those old green carpets don’t even look or feel like carpet from how old and dirty they are. The furniture and bedding is also old, I didn’t dare look at the mattress but I can only imagine. It’s a very gross place. Also they have all kinds of old furniture around the outside of the hotel making it look like a dump. It’s the only hotel im the area, you’d think they have it up kept but it’s a dump. It’s way over priced.
The $100 refundable damage deposit was a surprise. The facility was old. There was no soap, no coffee pot in the room. They ran out biscuits and gravy. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The above issues appeared to be out of the staff’s control.
