Blocked rooms six months in advance for a wedding screwed up dates names and rooms needed. Needed 3 for Friday 20 for Saturday checked three days early and no rooms were booked for Friday and when friends and family checked in on Saturday rooms nor clean and ready big pain in the butt. And no compensation for any of the problem.
Room was quite clean. The breakfast was good and had plenty of variety. Mattress was too firm for me but that's subjective. Others may like that better. Convenient location near I-44. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
This in a great location to stop off the Interstate. Very clean and helpful staff. Breakfast variety was good and tasty. Good choice of estaurants also in the area. Several tourist stops (factory outlet) in the immediate area.
Was in town for Midwest Derby Fest and decided to stay here. My mother and I had no issues with the room. Our key cards didn't work all of the time but the staff was quick to help us. The breakfast was very filling too!
Nice Hotel. It is not a destination hotel with elaborate facilities, it just tics all the boxes we want in a spend the night and leave in the morning facility. it is a good solid value and we appreciate the fit and finish of the rooms and the fact that the entire facility was spotless.
I have stayed in this location before and will happily stay again. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are clean, roomy and modern as well. They offer an large ample hot breakfast and they even provide you with a "bag lunch" to take with you after breakfast that has a bottle of water, snack, fruit, mint and napkin. I have not seen this in the past. In the afternoons they serve fresh lemonade and cookies! The front desk service is great and attentive and they happily accept packages and make sure your trip is enjoyable. Housekeeping is on task and they do a fantastic job. The prices are reasonable and in line with the brand, quality and area. I would have zero issue in recommending this location.
The price is outrageous for that Locale. It is quiet for sleeping while some others in area are not. We were told to take a handicapped room since we were to have three people. When we got there we were given a dbl queen which was a very small room so then we were put in a room on bottom level obviously needing to be remodeled, and this motel is only three years old built in 2014. One bedside lamp was hanging off wall the plug for cell phone did not work, and the bathroom smelled of urine, which we cleaned. The faucet strainer was off so it splashed all over our clothes, the stool burped up each time it was flushed. The glass wide closet door would not stay shut, and the sofa bed was so low, very few seniors could get up and down to use. Never have I stayed in a Hampton where the bedding was so heavy it felt like it should be used in the artic nor have I ever had a miserable mattress but this one gave my sister and I a horrible back ache, and we were booked in for family graduation and so could not just pull out. The hallway outside was upheaved and zigzagged unlevel to walk on, but they had put carpet over it, who in the world signed off on this construction? In short this room needs to be REDONE and fixed before it is used again. WE paid top price and got three nights of horrible sleeping.
Arrived at the Hampton at aprox 3:30 pm to check in. I spoke to Corey the asst. mgr. He checked for a prepaid resv via expidea. None was found. He looked further into June and found on for june 11th. He looked up the expedia phone # to call for help. He told me, no matter what, he would help us out. I called expedia, explained the situation and the rep. called Corey to work it out. We has org. requested 2 beds and Corey made sure we got a room with two beds. The room was great. The breakfast was ok as it was free.
This is probably the nicest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. Everything was very nice and updated, rooms were very clean, breakfast was good. Overall no complaints, I would go back if I was in the area.
We visited Lebanon, MO for a family wedding. This Hampton Inn was very nice and the staff was great. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again! It's close to Springfield and lots of attractions. The fitness room was a little small, but it had all the necessary equipment for a great workout. Close to restaurants too.
