My wife and I chose this hotel because we have enjoyed staying at Hampton Inn properties in the past. The accommodations were what we expected and amenities were as well. Most of the staff were very Friendly and pleasant. However, after pre-paying and selecting our room in advance, the evening desk clerk charged our card a 2nd time, which posed a lot of trouble for us, especially the wife, seeing I was away at a conference. Desk Clerks need to be trained thoroughly and take their jobs seriously. This Clerk appeared to be preoccupied. Will give the hotel another chance.
Friendly staff hotel was neat and clean. Beds comfortable and clean. Wifi works. The breakfast was getting low at 9;30 but the attendant replenished it when we requested. The hotel is easily accessed from I-40 near an inexpensive gas station. I would stay there again if my travels brought me to the area.
We arrived during a family road trip with 4 kids, lots of messy luggage, and one sick child. The manager was amazing - gave us all the water and snacks we needed, made sure we were comfortable and had access to all the amenities. They share a pool with the Holiday Inn during the winter/spring, so we didn't take kids over there, but that was the only drawback - clean, great breakfast, wonderful manager. We'd stay here again for sure.
We stayed here with our Hilton Points. We were vacationing at the Lake of the Ozarks. We were not disappointed! Very clean rooms, front desk staff was helpful. Only downside was on Saturday Morning, we had to ask for refills on breakfast items but it was close to the time they stopped offering. I would imagine they didn't want to throw alot of stuff out.
We stayed two nights here. They were struggling with a few problems, but using all their coping skills to get through the elevator needing repairs and the ice machine malfunctioning. The young guys at the desk were giving their best to see that the customers were comfortable. There was a nice breakfast both morning we were there.
Thank you for a clean and quiet room. My husband and I were driving home from AZ and had been on the rode all day. We had gotten further in our travels that day than we had planned. We normally stay at a Hampton Inn in Joplin, MO. on our way home from AZ. We pulled into the Hampton Inn at Lebanon, Mo. We were not disappointed. The people were friendly, the room was very clean, and we had a good nights rest. Thank you Hampton Inn for another nice hotel to stay in at the end of a long day.
Clean , Very Nice People , nice Breakfast, Extremely close to highway and places to eat. I would recommend this to all. When you leave they give you a going away bag that includes apple , water, power bar. GREAT for traveling !
I always stay at the Hampton Inn (if available) when I am in Lebanon. I have always received excellent customer service and a great nights sleep! During my many stays I have only encountered one minor issue which was quickly resolved by competent staff. The staff here are friendly and accommodating to your needs. They go out of their way to ensure you have a satisfactory stay. I haven't eaten their free breakfast but I love the fact they have fresh fruit on the bar of an evening. I can grab a piece for a midnight snack or a quick, on the run breakfast.
Nice hotel that is up to date. Clean accommodations. I had a rate problem and the manager hasn't responded to me within 2 days. Still waiting for response. I would stay again if this problem is fixed.
There are so many Baby Boomers in the US who are now in a position to do more traveling. Hampton Inns have always been our first choice. We are Hilton Honors members as well. We now choose a different hotel. Too bad, time to rethink who the emerging and large market is for your hotels.
