We had an excellent stay this past week. The house felt very clean and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. We really enjoyed the wood stove and spacious backyard for our pup. The sauna is a really nice touch and was easy to use. The hosts did a great job communicating. I would highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Beautiful view of the Arkansas River and rafters/kayakers. Spent most of our time in the Adirondack chairs by the river relaxing and enjoying a fire in the evening. Wonderful River Vista!

Fantastic house right on the river. Great location for both Buena Vista and Salida. If you like hiking, this house is less than 20 minutes to some beautiful hiking in the Mt Princeton area. The deck was to relax and wave to passing rafters. Would definitely stay there again when I’m back in area.
