Downtown Buena Vista Cottage - STR-044
A thirty second walk from main street, this fully remodeled historic Buena Vista home is a private and clean place to relax, connect, and work.
Cozy, clean, and comfortable, this completely renovated house is full of historical details. First built in the 1880s, the front room is the oldest with hand-hewn maple floors, complete with square nail holes. The wood wall in the living room was the exterior of the house in the early 1900s.
Come enjoy a warm fire in the backyard courtyard after a game of corn hole or enjoy a good book by the gas stove after a scenic hike. Soak in the travertine tile shower in the master bathroom or let the kids watch their own movie upstairs in the office- be sure to note the upstairs office can work as a third sleeping space if someone does not mind using a futon with our supplied bedding. Note the office only has access to the house from the outside set of stairs. We rebuilt this space to feel like home away from home, and down to the large dining table, we hope it will host many wonderful shared experiences.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at Grace and Mark's property.. The house was adorable and walkable to main st and to some beautiful trails!!!! I highly recommend this property.. Grave was also great with communication which was helpful!!!!

Beautiful property
This house was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. The size of the kitchen table was great when we all got together for a birthday celebration. Beds were very comfortable and there were so many extras available including shampoo, conditioner, kitchen spices, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay in Buena Vista!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this VRBO! The location was ideal — just a short drive or easy walk to the heart of Buena Vista, with all the great shops, restaurants, and trails close by. The accommodations were perfect: clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Every detail was clearly well cared for, from the beautiful decor to the super comfortable beds. The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything so easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient spot in BV — we can't wait to come back!
