I returned for the second time to this wonderful hotel The staff is charming and helpful in everything The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent The location of the hotel is perfect Warmly recommend, great value for money
I booked 5 nights in that hotel for a professional stay in Budapest. I have been 5 times in the El Gouna Three Corners Resort wich is an excellent place to dive. I was thus very confident while booking there. This is true, the location is great, perfect, and the breakfast is Three Corner style and will make you happy. That's off course perfectly clean, as Hungary in general. They have a sauna (that I did not try). Nevertheless, my "Deluxe room" was extremely small at the fifth floor, under the roof at the building corner. That was not corresponding to what I expected. Off course all hotels take wide angle pictures to look the best, but here, I was very disappointed. I have no particular needs but I even had no correct place to boot my laptop witch I had to use on the bed. The room had a very small table full with water warmers and paper and coffee cup (also locker, fridge, bottle of water and a space cabin style shower with 6 jets). After 3 nights I was getting angry, I felt a little abused and complained. The manager proposed me a new room for the last days (he was full that day) . He also offered me the taxi to go back airport when I left. That was a very good attitude. Even if that hotel has appartments and large rooms (you can see map floor) , it has also very very small ones. So, If you just need a place to stay, a good bed, a warm shower, all of that in the center of Budapest, you will be very happy here... I would say you can book safely. Otherwise, please double check what room you will have at booking. The problem is not that they have small rooms, but that I do not think it is well indicated at booking time, or I missed something. I would have choosen another one, because they have. Considering this, in a constructive attitude, I give that place a 4* and I tell you the complete story. You can judge.
Stayed for 3 nights at the three corners hotel art, a very nice hotel. On arrival we checked in and were given maps of the city and the free WiFi password. The rooms were lovely and clean, and I did not miss my bed during my stay as the beds were very comfy! There was a mini fridge with a 2 litre bottle of still water for 500 forint, which I did end up using and worked out approx £1.50 which isn’t bad. Towels were provided in the room and if you didn’t mind reusing them then you can just hang the towels back up, but if you wished to have fresh towels you can leave them in the shower tray and they will be replaced with fresh. This was the hotels way of reducing washing to preserve washing for the environment which is always nice to know they are doing their bit. Shampoo and body was was provided in the room but not conditioner. Tea and coffee were not provided in the room however there is a lounge area with unlimited tea and coffee until 6pm (brand of tea was pickwick, much better than the usual twinnings you get in hotels). Breakfast was included in our stay and I can be quite fussy with food however there was a little something for everyone, however if you are a big fan of a fry up, then there wasn’t much selection. Pastries were very nice. Staff were very helpful, polite and spoke very good English. We had a couple of questions about tours and they did not hesitate to assist us with our queries. We bumped into a maid on our way out of our room on our last day and she wished us a safe journey home and thanked us for staying. Check out was easy, we paid for the water from the mini fridge and the local tax and were able to leave our bags in a secure room while we spent our last couple of hours in the city. Location was also good and it was within the 3 main bridges of the city and walking distance from everywhere. Overall a very good stay at the Three Corners, I will defiantly be returning to the hotel if I visit Budapest again. Thank you very much
Do stay in this hotel! Location is great, the hotel is quiet, very clean, cozy, and perfect size. And the breakfast is a very big plus. Also, the bus stop from the airport is just two blocks away. The location is fantastic, as you can walk from there to anywhere. There are many restaurants around, many of them vegan. I would come here over and over again.
The Hotel is comfortable. It is a centrally located hotel, so we can walk everywhere. Service is very kindly and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Only thing that the Hotel can review is the wi-fi quality, it was poor.
The hotel is locateted in Kalvin platz 150 meters from the metro station,250m from the grand market and the Liberty bridge. Most of the touristic attraction, museums and places of interest are in a walking distance. We had only to buy tickets for the bublic transportation system for 24h.The roon was too big and very comfortable with a lot of furniturew, the bathroom was clear .The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choises nad the personel very polity with nice English and ready to help.
Excellent and very helpful staff in all areas of this lovely friendly hotel .Small but great location, ten minutes walk from the river and near to a large number of different and very good restaurants.Excellent buffet breakfast, although guest rooms all appeared to be different sizes, so check before you book.Overall, an excellent reasonably priced choice for exploring this wonderful city.
The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The selection and quality of the morning breakfast is exemplary. When you consider how well located the hotel is, convenient for both the city centre and public transport - no reason to stay anywhere else!
Very good hotel very central for everything. the staff on reception where very good and helpful, as was our driver from the airport George. small rooms the double is slightly larger than the twin, but very nice, that's the price you pay for being central to everything i think. very good all you can eat breakfast. The hotel is down one of the tiny one way roads and there are three "three corners" hotels in Budapest, so keeping the address on you might be an idea. the hotel arranged the taxi to pick us up 30 euros one way from the airport but its a 1/2 hour drive and that was for 4 of us. they also booked our hop on bus and spa tickets, which where both good buys.
Great location; just a short (10min) walk to the river. Clean, comfortable rooms (although decor could do with being updated). Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Would recommend.
