Me and my colleague were very happy to find this perfect hotel for our stay for a participation in international conference in Budapest! very well balanced breakfast menu, high quality of service and assistance from hotel staff, very good transportation links to visit the city center. If the breakfast room in the morning was a bit more spacious and the internet connection good in all parts of the hotel I would once again confirm that this is the perfect place to stay and stay in Budapest !!

If you're using this as a home base to see Budapest, you should find it adequate. Great public transit! Otherwise you may be disappointed at the lack of amenities. Somewhat outdated and restaurant is definitely hit or miss. Other restaurants nearby as well as two grocery stores and a "drug store" w/o the drugs. Never figured out the hours! Had a nice corner room with lots of sun and an L shaped balcony, though we were in the room little to enjoy. Budapest is a great city with so much to offer!!! Staff very helpful, though communication was difficult due to my poor Hungarian! Our only negative of the studio - which was quite roomy for two - is that the laminate floor needed a thorough scrubbing. No other cleanliness issues. Would stay here again.

We were lucky and had a corner room which gave us an L shaped verandah meaning we had the sun from morning to night. The apartment was clean enough and the cleaner was most appreciative if we chased her if we did not think it needed cleaned. Safe in room. The kitchen is basic but has all that you would required on holiday. We were disappointed with the food on the 3 occasions we ate there (we actually sent one back but were compensated when we complained to the management) and the beer is only bottled or in cans. The trams run from the bottom of the street just along from Lidls supermarket. I think it is the No.14 and run with fantastic frequency. This will take you into the depot at the West End Centre. And this is the starting point of the City Centre attactions. You can purchase a ticket from the blue kiosk machines. Best to purchase a 3 day or 7 day pass. This gives access to bus, tram, train, metro, trolley bus allowing you to travel anywhere in the city by any transport. Any EU citizen over 65 get to travel free on bus and train on production of a passport or similar.

Cheap place. A lot of wifi problems. Every morning had to wake up early becouse there were construktion noices. You can almost hear what people talk in the next apartment. Shower was the worst shower ever. There were some good things but mostly bad things.

Decent area but hotel was unsanitary. They charge for self service laundry and the machines can not hold more than what you're wearing. It will cost 10USD to wash your outfit. DO not cook in the room unless you want thousands of little ants. House keeping will barge in and will touch everything you have that isn't locked up. Which brings me to the insecure portion. They hotel expects you to turn your key in every single time you leave and won't give it back to you unless you give them a business card that has your room number on it upon return. Maybe this is normal. But I do not trust my valuables to anyone including the hotel staff. The bathroom was disgusting. The even leave the urine soaked mop and bucket for you which I recommend you move outside immediately. The plumbing in my shower was leaking down to the neighbors below and it they felt the need to annoy me at 1am and then just some random guy in plumbers attire was at my door at 6am grunting and trying to communicate that he wanted to come into my bathroom. I don't appreciate that, The lobby should call. Overall, it is clean enough. Lobby staff was friendly and spoke enough english to be helpful.

I'm staying here after some advise of my collegues who had stayed here for some longer time. And I must say I'm glad that I followed their advise, because the staff is friendly and correct, the rooms are nice and big and furthermore the food is good every day. Its situated nearby the center of Budapest, so a good place to use as accomodation when you want to see something of the city.

I would recommend these apartments, which are clean and spacious if a little out of town but great bus service outside. Only complaint is that the bar closes early, if I remember by @ 9.30, and there is no warning of this so if like us you had a busy first day and fancied a couple of drinks before bed, the bar is closed, there is no room service and no local bar/late night shop, so we were stuffed! This really spoiled our day first day but otherwise great. Didn't try food so can't comment.

This listing matched through a resort search and while we were excited about the initial hit upon arrival we adjusted our expectations. The staff was very friendly and both our check-in and check-out processes were totally smooth. The room itself was fine, although it was a little dirty/musty and could use a fresher update. There were a few insects in our room because the windows were left open and there were tears in the screens. We understood why the windows were open though as there is no AC in the unit and it is the only way to cool down the room. Basic amenities like paper towels and coffee filters are not included in this listing, so if you intend on using items like that, stop by a grocery store before settling in. There is one just up the block which made getting groceries VERY convenient. The beds are comfortable so sleeping wasn't a problem at all. If you sleep in on a Sunday and are a light sleeper, be prepared to hear the church bells up the block for the Sunday morning services. This listing offered us a place to get ready in the morning and to sleep at night, we spent our entire days in the city exploring so we weren't in the room very much. There are transit options to get you into the city center quickly, but if you prefer to walk be prepared for a long walk (40-60 minutes).

From the start before we even got here the staff were very helpful. The hotel is situated away from the centre. You can catch the 32 bus, a minute walk through the park to the metro station and then the metro into the centre. We arrived rather late due to problems with the flight, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I asked for a fan as unfortunately there is no air con and he found one for me. I asked for another one the following day and it was there when I came back later. The staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The apartment was spacious with an area to prepare food, sit down, lots of storage space. I didn't give it a full review because there was no air con and it got warm even with keeping the windows open, as was suggested. I would think about going here again, if I did I would ask for an apartment with a balcony as we didn't have one.

The public transportation in Budapest is excellent, and one 20 - 25 minute bus ride brought us into the downtown area. The management and staff at the Budapest Premium Apartments were very helpful and cordial. Most of the staff spoke some English, and those that didn't found someone to communicate with us. They offered excellent suggestions for sightseeing and transportation. Levi, Krisztina, and Alexander were helpful. In advance of the trip Levi communicated with us via email. That was extremely helpful in getting our vacation started. Once we were on site, he also made himself available to us for advice which we found quite helpful.
