We arrived early and were given access to our room right away. The reception desk delivered a complimentary small bottle of champagne to our room. Very nice. Our flight the next morning was before breakfast so the hotel packed us a robust takeaway breakfast. Great service!

One thing, after cleaning the room, water bottles were not always replaced. some days we find new bottles and other days we find the empty bottles still in room without new ones. Great location next to main railway station and underground. Hotel is modern clean and comfortable. Had an evening meal which consisted of a basic buffet meal that cost £55; hotel prices lesson learnt.
