Room easy to access although instructions could have been clearer. Room was dirty and not cleaned after previous customers upon first entering the room, but not at the fault of the cleaner, who was fantastic, quick and very friendly. Communication with reception/owners was poor, but the cleaning issue was rectified relatively quickly. Great location near lots of public transport, super markets and famous sights.

Comfortable and functional room, could do with a periodic deep clean but everything worked well. Located close to great places to eat and with great transport links. It's by a main road so you can hear the traffic at night, but the property itself was nice and quiet. Aldi and a fee-free ATM next door, and the check-in and check-out experience was easy and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was indeed a great place to stay, the rooms were a good size and plenty of storage too. We were kept well informed about how to enter the building and a video as to where our rooms were located. Only saw 1 staff member who couldn't speak English but managed to our request none the less. It's in a good location as theres a bus stop across the road, and a supermarket just round the corner. The only down side for me was , my room was facing the busy main road and it was a bit noisy, it probably wouldn't bother some people but i like complete quiet to sleep. All in all i would definitely recommend Elit as a place to stay , the prices are very good too.

Excellent value!

Excellent value, beautifully decorated. Great location close to many bus stops and bus transportation here is free. Only downside is the wifi is sometimes down. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who has to work from home.

- Communication via messages only. There is no option to talk to a person. The condition of the room is subpar. - Shower conditions can be unsafe. - Daily cleaning was not performed to the expected standard. The floor never seems to be vacuumed. - The adjacent street has plenty of traffic. The place is quite noisy. Some windows are broken and cannot be closed properly, exacerbating the noise problem.

Horrible Accommodation!

The rooms were dirty and had a very powerful mold smell that could not be resolved. The sheets had stains and the bathroom reeked and was not clean. I asked management to do something about the cleanliness of the room and the odor every day during my stay and they did not do anything about it. They even refused to put an air freshener in the room. They never came to clean the room despite my complaints. At the end, we gave up and decided to stay in a different place (ultimately wasting money). Be ware this place is unhygenic and management is hard to reach (no one is ever onsite, and even if you contact them, it is pointless). Skip this place!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this property. The host was was was extremely helpful with how to find the property, how to check in/out, as well as recommendations on restaurants. The apartment is a short walk from trams, buses, and train station to get you anywhere you need to go. There is a grocery store just across the street which is extremely useful. The room itself was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The hotel is on the corner of a busy street (which is most of Budapest to be honest) which can get a bit noisy. There was both coffee and tea available which was nice. There are some areas for improvement though. There is no fridge or microwave in the room, and a couple of hand towels would be nice. The bathroom had a bit of a smell to it but nothing crazy as it's common for some of these older buildings. The one thing that really could use some work was that it seems like the door frame was maybe cracked so the door didn't feel quite sturdy when locked. The building seemed quite safe though as the front door needed a key to get it anyway. Anyways, the room wasn't perfect but we had a good stay and we felt the room was a good value for what we were getting.

The room was comfortable and clean, making it ideal for a short stay. A supermarket is conveniently located just a minute's walk away, and the major public transportation options like the tram and metro are easily accessible. There are also good restaurants nearby which is a plus. The overall property where the accommodation is situated could benefit from some additional maintenance or attention to enhance its appeal.
