Partant avec mes trois enfants, et souhaitant pouvoir cuisiner le soir et se reposer le 1 janvier, jâavais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre panoramique avec vue sur la ville,annoncĂ©e avec 4 couchages et cuisine intĂ©grĂ©e.
Ă l'arrivĂ©e, il mâa Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ© 1 chambre avec vue sur les toits, comprenant seulement 3 vrais couchages et un canapĂ©, et surtout 1 cuisine commune avec 5 autres chambres.La cuisine Ă©tait lugubre, sans entrĂ©e de lumiĂšre extĂ©rieure ni aĂ©ration.
La cuisine Ă©tait constamment squattĂ©e par dâautres locataires, trĂšs bruyants et totalement irrespectueux (vaisselle sale laissĂ©e sur place, etc.). LâĂ©tat de propretĂ© Ă©tait dĂ©plorable : traces de crasse sur la bouilloire, Ă©gouttoir marron de saletĂ©, hygiĂšne inexistante.
La chambre Ă©tait dans le mĂȘme Ă©tat, ce qui laisse penser que le mĂ©nage et lâhygiĂšne ne sont pas une prioritĂ© dans cet Ă©tablissement.
Mon fils a dormi tant bien que mal sur un matelas de fortune, et jâai Ă©tĂ© contrainte de manger au restaurant midi et soir avec mes enfants, ce qui nâĂ©tait absolument pas prĂ©vu dans mon budget voyage. Cela a impactĂ© le budget initialement prĂ©vu pour les visites.
Jâai tentĂ© de contacter les propriĂ©taires par mail et par tĂ©lĂ©phone, sans obtenir la moindre rĂ©ponse. Jâai ensuite contactĂ© le service client de Hotels.com, qui mâa proposĂ© un coupon de 42 ⏠à valoir sur une prochaine rĂ©servation⊠depuis, plus aucune nouvelle!
Je ne recommande donc absolument pas cet Ă©tablissement.
Jâattends un retour de Hotels.com avant dâengager une procĂ©dure.
