Breakfast good but not great , spa area , very nice but small , stuff very helpful and professional but not friendly , you know , with perfect dress and huge plastic smile , good location and high prices .

World traveler, 3rd time at Epoque Hotel. Each stay for multiple nights and well worth the price every time. The Hotel itself is a gem,. The rooms are suites (not "apartments") and are very comfortable. Have stayed in Executive Suite, Grand Executive Suite, and Junior Suite (most recent stay). All are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The balconies are convenient. The Junior Suite served well but I recommend the larger suites. The service is friendly and professional. The restaurant is cozy and the food is very good. Very good breakfast. The spa facilities are beautiful. Highly recommended!

Highly professional and very attentive staff of the hotel. Tasty breakfast with good variety and delicious dinner in their French restaurant. Main sightseeings (Old City, Parliament) are just 10 min away on foot. We spent nice time in Epoque hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were greeted with flutes of champagne and shown to a lovely, lovely room. The service was exceptional! Our room was impeccably clean, spacious (we had a junior suite), and the bed was very comfortable. The spa had a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and we had a great couples massage and scrub. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant, L'Atelier, was absolutely amazing. The dishes were elegant, carefully prepared and delicious! We would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommend it!

The exterior of the building is very interesting, very luxurious. The personnel people were nice and everything was very clean. We stayed in a junior apartment which probably justifies a bit the high price (we paid 150 euros per night). I think they only have apartments in the hotel. The breakfast offers few selections and I saw here that other people mentioned this and the hotel should offer a wider range of products. But we stayed only for one night so it was ok for us. The restaurant is on the small side and they were only 3 tables occupied excepting ours. The food was good but nothing special. We didnt try the underground pool but it looks amazing. We had a couple massage which was great. As a conclusion, the hotel is good and is clearly a 5 star property, but in my opinion it is too expensive compared to other 5 star hotels from the city which offer at least the same facilities and luxury as Epoque. Me and my spouse had a great time at the Epoque hotel. The staff greet us at the entrance with 2 glasses of sparkling wine, and gave us a city map with recommendations. They spend a lot of effort and time to make sure we will pick the right activities. The breakfast was really nice and good (pancakes and lots of good things), even as a vegan i could find things. The rooms are comfortable and have a good A/C. warm water 24/7 never run out (if you are travelling at the winter). The bar is nice as well and can provide that intimate glass of wine with your loved one if you want to spend another hour or two before bed. We went to the spa as well and had couple of massages which were very good

Gem of a hotel in Bucharest. 5 Star luxury without the extortionate price tag. The staff were very welcoming on arrival, helped by the complimentary glass of fizz! Room was lovely and we got time to check out the spa which was a welcome bit of relaxation after a long train ride. Loads of choice for breakfast and the food was good quality. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is located close to the center as well as Parliament House (1km distance), very nice and helpful staff/service, the junior suite we had was big and comfortable , nice facilities of a indoor pool, gym , sauna (not huge but big enough), ok breakfast

I want to worn visitors and any people , especially lady , about the risk of use high hills shoes on very soft carpets of Epoque hotel . My girl friend had ignored this , and she was a innocent victim of a stupid accident named ,,high hill shoes trapped ,, it was not a medical case , but very painful , that had ruined that weekend in Bucharest . A warning about soft carpets could be helpful .

Epoque Hotel location is very good in a nice area and in a walking distance from the heart of the city. Rooms were comfortable and at least in my room wireless LAN was working fine. Hotel breakfast buffee was ok.
