Summary:
Bright and airy 2BR/2BA in a quiet part of the Golden Zone, 5 blocks from the beach with a supermarket, restaurants, galleries, cafes, a hospital, and ATMs all within walking distance. Enjoy a large private patio & access to the shared rooftop palapa w ocean views. It’s a great spot to have dinner or drinks. The large pool area and grill is only shared with the unit upstairs. There is a water purification system, fast wifi, poolside lounge chairs, bbq, and ample street parking.

The Space:
2nd floor unit in a colorful 2-unit duplex in the Golden Zone neighborhood of Bucerias. The large pool area is only shared with the bottom-floor unit. The shared rooftop sundeck and palapa offer amazing sunset views and are a great spot to hang out and have dinner.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to their 2nd floor unit, the shared pool/patio area and the shared rooftop (shared with only one bottom-floor unit).
The unit has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom to accommodate 4 persons. Each bedroom has an a/c unit as well as ceiling/wall fans. The 2nd bedroom a/c can also cool off the living room space. The house was built with various folding glass french glass doors that open to allow a wonderful breeze to flow through the entire unit.
Complimentary use of beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.
The house is in a quiet corner of the Golden Zone and large parties and loud music are not allowed.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Golden Zone neighborhood of Bucerias, you'll be close to the best dining and entertainment, and most importantly, the beach! Bucerias Beach is a 5 mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets and Mexican pueblo charm. There is a large grocery store and taxi stand 3 blocks away. Within walking distance there are multiple great restaurants with delicious ceviche, asian-fusion, italian, and more!

Getting Around:
Bucerias is very walkable. There is a bicycle rental shop 4 blocks away that also has e-bikes! Bucerias is a great spot for exploring everything Bahia de Banderas and the Riviera Nayarit have to offer. By Car / Taxi / Uber your place is only:
-- 20 minutes from the Airport
-- 10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta
-- 25 minutes to Punta Mita
-- 35 minutes to Downtown Puerto Vallarta
-- 30 minutes to Sayulita

Other Things to Note:
Since the house is a duplex (the bottom and upper units are mirror images of each other), it can be rented all together as a 4-bedroom house, depending on availability. This listing is for the upper unit.

This is an up and down duplex with a large third level with a pagoda dining table and a bar fridge.

Owners are great they stay parts of the year on the ground pool level part of the duplex They have two incredibly mannered and small dogs. As long as you appreciate dogs like we do you will love it. Owners stay to themselves but are very friendly and helpful when you ask for their help. We will be returning for sure!

This place was very beautiful and very comfortable. So roomy and it had everything. Great place for two couples. We were there with our adult son and it was just great. So much room and everything was perfect, all the way to the water being double UV filtered in the casa and the private pool and the major store within walking distance. The owners were very nice. We would go back any days if we could... great memories.

This is a very nice place to spend time in the winter at. We really enjoyed ourselves and the nice setting of this accommodation. Michelle and Brent are very nice hosts to deal with too!!
