This small new apartment building is three stories high and has a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio unit on the first floor, four 1-bedroom apartments on the second and third floor and a large roof top patio which has ocean views.

The building is on the same property as Casa Cúpula which is also listed on VRBO.

The building is in traditional Mexican style with tile floors and smooth stucco walls.

For our guests staying more than one week we will provide housekeeping to change out your linens and clean the floors and bathrooms.

There is a large patio which looks out to our pool and gardens. On the other side there is a small balcony off the bedroom which looks out to the dry river bed.

The apartments have a dumbwaiter to transport your luggage, water, food, etc from the ground floor to your apartment floor or to the rooftop patio.

The entry to the yard area is off of the path which parallels the dry river bed.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
