Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn
3/5 Okay
"I really wanted to love this place, but I just didn't. Huge, resort-like, with lots to do, great gift shop/store, fun little "town" across the street, and right at the entrance to Bryce Canyon scenic drive. Unfortunately, the rooms are just very run down and in need of updating. Floors are very loud and squeaky, I felt like I was going to fall right through the shower/tub it was so creaky. The food is horrible and there aren't many options if you don't bring your own food in. The steakhouse/buffet I would not recommend at all. The restaurant across the street had about 4 options, which I now suspect is the same exact food as the buffet anyways. The "fast food" diner was also not good and was not very clean. There is a coffee shop with pastries that I would give 5 stars to! Clean & good. This place has so much potential and the location is awesome - just in desperate need of renovations and new restaurants! I think for future I'd look into AirBnB."
