Brushy Mountain Hideaway Cabin Trails 26,27 and 43
Brushy Mountain Hideaway camping Cabin is located on our Bald Knob property in Petros Tennessee. It sits along side our Windrock Hideout Cabin and our Bald Knob Cottage. Petros Tennessee is smack dab in the middle of off road paradise. Windrock is 73,000 acres and TWRA, WMA trails and Brimstone are not far away with a total of 240,000 acres. Petros is also the home of Historic Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary, featuring guided tours, the distillery and The Warden’s Table restaurant. Don't forget we are on the Devil's Triangle covering 116 ,62 and TN 330 44 mile loop you'll find a little bit of everything; sweepers, tight twisties and three of the tightest/steepest switchbacks we have ever encountered. We are 13 miles from Frozen Head State Park, which features 50 miles of family friendly hiking trails. The Cabins & Cottage sit on Bletchers Creek amongst 2 acres of beautiful scenic land.Brushy Mountain Cabin accommodates up to 8 people has wifi. It has a bunk bed which has 2 full size beds and a twin trundle bed underneath. There is 2 loftswhich has a full size bed in oneand a twin bed in the other. There is a complete full bathroom, mini fridge, an outside charcoal grill and fitted sheets are supplied for your convenience. These are camping style cabins so please bring your own bedding, towels and charcoal. . There is a lot of level ground and large trailer parking in the back of the property just past the camping area.Brushy Mountain Hideaway Cabin is 1/4 mile from Windrock's trails 26 and 27, and trail 43 is 2 miles closer to the prison. We have some of the best food locally in Petros and all of them are legal to drive to on your machines and less than a few miles away. If you need gas, we have a couple of local options also. Let your adventure begin at our Brushy Mountain Hideaway Cabin! We can offer some guide service for easy to moderate trails to some of the more popular locations to see, just ask for details. Just as advertised
Everything is just as advertised. Convenient to several trails, though not really trails suitable for kids/fourwheelers. If you have a UTV or Jeep, you won’t have any problem entering on 26/27 super close by. Bathroom is very big, and the endless hot water at the end of a long day of rising was fantastic.

Perfect!
My husband and son stayed here because it was close to Brushy Mtn Prison. They were there for a concert and to ride at Windrock. The location was perfect for them to do both of those things! Everything was clean and as described. Scott was very helpful and easy to communicate with. They would definitely stay here again!
