Splendid Sandy Seclusion

Fantastic job and great space/location. Provided us with everything needed for our stay and some! (Forgot our pack and play and they had one!) would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on the island. Already looking to book again next year!

Lovely!

Absolutely lovely property! We had a couple of very small issues the first night and they were addressed the following day right away. The property management was very responsive and polite. We especially loved that our furry baby was allowed to join us in the house. We would book this house again in a heartbeat! The island was absolutely wonderful, didn't feel like a tourist destination at all, everyone was so polite and nice. Very well stocked house and perfect size for a family of 4. he is bald

Great house, great stay!

The house was decorated beautifully - exactly what you expect at the beach. The private, fenced in backyard with the pool was perfect for my family and dogs. The property was spacious and had all the essentials for a beach stay - wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and all kitchen essentials! 10/10 recommend this property!

This was the cleanest “dog friendly” house I’ve ever stayed in. You would never have know a dog was there before. Home was super cute and very clean. Would def stay at this location again.

Great location

It was our first visit to St Simons Island. This house was in the perfect location. We rented bikes for our stay and parked the car. It was less than a 5 min ride to the beach or downtown. House was clean and had all the extras. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, games. Very clean!

The property was very nice, clean and roomy. Pool was a nice treat. One of the beds in a guest room was much too high to climb in. (I'm short) Overall, everything was great once we figured out the TV. We would definitely stay again.

House had everything!

We had a great week at Sandy Seclusion. This house literally had everything. We’ve vacationed in homes enough times to know that we typically have to bring things like crab crackers, large pots for a crab boil, lighters for the charcoal grill, floats for the pool, etc. We brought with us so much we didn’t need because EVERYTHING you can possibly think of was in the home. It was wonderful! Also, it was great that the home was one level. Just steps from the back door and into the pool. Another thoughtful touch-the pool umbrellas! We positioned them to allow parts of the pool to be shaded since I got a bit of a sunburn earlier in the week. It was perfect! I could go on and on about the attributes that made our stay a relaxing and fun trip. We ate out the evening we arrived and stayed by the pool and cooked great meals the rest of the week. Just wonderful!

Great House

This was our first time on St. Simon's. We were here for my son's wedding. The house was excellent! It was beautifully decorated and very well supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there (as did our dog Bella). We were so busy with all the wedding events that we didn't have enough time to do all we would have liked on the island. We plan to come back and will hopefully stay in this house again. The only drawback was just two parking spaces. Terrific house and great location!

Sandy Seclusion July 2022

Nice place and enjoyed our stay. Pool needs serviced more often, especially during really hot weather; water both cloudy and “sticky” towards end of our stay. Consider more comfortable bedding in master suite, change water filter in refrigerator and spray for crickets and other large insects in front bedrooms.
