At Country Cottage-Broussard, you are in the center of Acadiana: Zoo of Acadiana is 3 miles away; Youngsville Sports Complex is 7 miles away; Shadows on the Teche, Rip Van Winkle Gardens, and the Tobasco Factory are only 10 miles away in New Iberia. While Downtown Lafayette is only 12 miles away. Just about anywhere you want to go in Acadiana is within a 15 minute drive. For our Medical Professionals, our three hospitals in Lafayette: Oshner's Lafayette General, Our Lady of Lourdes, and Heart Hospital are all 10 miles away. Lafayette Regional Airport is also 10 miles away. Our Cottage is located on a very peaceful and quiet dead-end street. There is parking for up to 4 cars. Our home has an easy keypad code access.
