One night stay. Friendly welcome by the young lady on reception. Clean room. A little too hot but fortunately the window opened a little. We had a room at the back so very quiet. Free breakfast. Good value.

Friendly welcome

Very friendly and helpful welcome when checking in. Lots of helpful info and i was able to select preferred choice of room on top floor. Rooms simple but have all you could beed, spacious and very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was complimentary and i find this such a welcome touch. Great location and lovely hitel. Thank you

Very convenient for the area we needed. Nice and clean and friendly staff. Let down by very limited breakfast and evening menus (too tired to traipse out restaurants. Cold plates meant food was always cold before you managed to eat it.

Great Location

We stayed 4 Nights, great location, we were on the 6th floor directly opposite temple meads station, also buses running frequently to the city centre. Restaurants and bars to harbour side all in walking distance.The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable, choice of pillows for your comfort. Breakfast ok a little repetitive, hot or cold option served and maybe a choice of vegan, vegetarian sausages could be added.

Easy Place To Stay!

A VERY nice place to stay. Close to the train station, but not so close to noise. Breakfast was really good, the staff were excellent, and was an easy walk to where we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel for en route trip to the airport..

This was for an overnight stay after arriving at Bristol Temple Meads train station, before catching the bus to Bristol Airport the next day, and it was ideal. A couple of minutes walk from the train station and bus stop, the price was fantastic and included a buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable with everything you need and an excellent shower in the bathroom. We arrived late in the day, but the bar did pizza and toasted sandwiches. Would thoroughly recommend.
