The room I had was very new and modern. I had a single room with a king bed, bar fridge, tv & desk and chair, hanging space, iron & ironing board & a separate bathroom. The shower is very spacious. The room was quiet to the outside noises. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The blackout curtains perfectly blocked out the morning brightness. The milk was topped up in my room each day. It was a very easy walk to RBWH.

It was comfy and clean. It served the purpose of our unscheduled overnight stay. Only problem we had was noise and doors shutting off and on until 1:30am by neighbours.

The room was nothing like the photos advertised, the carpets had stains on them and the room smelt like vomit. The bedding was a very thin doona (even for a Brisbane winter) no extra blankets in the room. No table (as this was a work trip) to use, had to move TV to balance computer on a small side table to work. The neighbours were very noisy, coming in and out banging doors all night. Only stayed 1 night

For the price is it okay - you definitely would get better accommodation for the same price elsewhere. Convenient check in but the cleaning is quite poor. Cups and bathroom were dirty this time around.

The Windsor Apartments and Hotel Brisbane was ideally located for our stay in Windsor. The one bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. It had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer set which was very handy.

Lovely managers Great location

We were a little nervous about the automated check in because we were arriving after hours, but anything we struggled with was sorted out by a quick call to the phone number on the door. We were only there for a night for my kids to fly out early the next morning. When the managers heard that we were a family, but we somehow ended up on separate floors, they quickly organised a 2 bedroom so that we could spend our last night together in one apartment. It made all the difference thank you xxx They also recommended places to eat which was less than a 10 min walk, and we were able to take some lovely family photos at the Instagram friendly burger bar. Great location if you are flying out of Brisbane early the next morning.

No human on board.

Automated check in with no person there to handle even minor difficulties. No service except text messaging or phone call if any one answers. good luck. Room was very noisy from street noise.

Absolutely brilliant! A last minute booking and Ruth and Steve were so hospitable and helpful, and the apartment was perfect and private. PERFECT for a short or long stay.
