We only had a standard room, so smaller than the apts. in pictures but also had good shower on suite, plenty of facilities, iron, cutlery, fridge, etc. Great location to get in and out of city quickly or to use taxis and public transport so you do not lose secure parking place on site, especially at weekends. The decor is dated but clean, good air con. and comfy bed. Price is fair, no complaints. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Clean and convenient place to stay.

Convenient place to stay for a concert in the valley. The room was clean. Make sure you check your emails for the codes to open the main gate, and your room. Due to the time I arrived and checked out, I never actually saw any of the staff so can’t comment on them.

I thought the property was absolutely disgusting I booked apartment I got a room with a. Double bed for me and my mate to share it's says there's a pool it's more like a pond. I asked the management about my room and we needed single beds etc he said no fully booked and I'd booked d the wrong room when infact I had the booking Infront of me saying apartment what sleeps 3 it was so obvious it was there mistake and just couldn't admit the fact. I tried for days to contact them before I got there just no answer I Evan rang them while stood outside and watch them ignore the phone. I would not recommend this place at all

There was little to like. Very dated and in poor state of repair. Second bed had no linen. Hole in carpet with unprofessional repair. Repaired cistern in toilet looked dirty and unprofessional. Kitchen sink leaked. One only glass. Courtyard had rubbish. Bamboo screen on staircase broken. Overall, it was in very poor condition. Honestly I can say it was the worst motel I have every stayed in.

A very average hotel/apartment which is situated in a bogan neighbourhood. There were a few instances where you could hear shouting, yelling and cursing every night on the street and it was difficult to sleep without having ear plugs in.

The check in was extremely brief, and not welcoming. I had to return to ask about wifi access. Reception was also not able to provide any information places to go for a meal near bye, however we later discovered that there are multiple food outlets close bye. Customer service was seriously lacking during our visit.
