Room [ whole motel ] is badly in need of refurbishing. Air conditioner was very ineffective - had it set at16 but still had to request a fan. Security lock on door was broken. Freezer did not freeze items placed in it. Lacking comfortable seating - sitting on the bed is not my idea of comfort. Sad to see what was once a very pleasant place to stay now so run down and unattractive. You wouldn't swim in the pool - looked disgusting. General appearance of the whole site was one of disrepair and lack of mainrenance.

The room was very clean and tidy the price for the room was very fair i was also put in a room next to a busy road but the room was almost sound proof which was fantastic. It's located right next to a shopping mall so all amenties are just across the road. Staff were extremely nice and helpful will be staying again, when in the area.

Every unit had their own parking spot. About a 10 min walk to the shopping centre. Nice size room with everything you would need. Laundry facility was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

We have visited this property a number of times. However we have never stayed in the bottom level. The fridge wasn’t working, when they sorted it everything froze. The room wasnt carpeted and there was an ash like substance through the room. There were also really strong fumes either chlorine or bleach. This property has a really convenient location for us and this is our first really negative experience.
