Best customer service ever! The room was great, food and drinks lovely, location fantastic but all of the staff we dealt with were exceptional. From valet to check in, room service all friendly and helpful. They made it so personal and made the experience even better than expected.
The pool was so lovely but wish it wasn’t covered in shade from 12:15pm each day…not much you can do about all the buildings though
Walkable. Shops are near your hotel. just need more good restaurants..they have fast-food eatery such as McDonald, KFC .. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was expensive but a lot of choices of food esp the fruits..
Staff was great. I didn’t need room cleaning services much, because I don’t like to feel like resources are being “wasted.” But they were always checking if I wanted fresh anything. The gym is really nice for a hotel gym! I would stay there again.
Room clean and tidy. Staff were great. Air con kept randomly turning off in room. Exhaust fan didn’t work in bathroom. Conditioner nozzle blocked. Think bottled water should be complimentary

No hot water in bathroom for 3 days out of 4. This was despite reporting on day 2. Thanks for 50 dollars refund but not really enough to compensate for our discomfort.

Liked: Cleanliness
The hot water temp was scalding and difficult to adjust in the shower, room lighting was weird - all controls at door entrance meant no separate light switch in the bathroom. Also the duvet was too hot and air con got less effective overnight so we woke up sweating in the middle of the night. Location was great though.
This stay was well worth my money. The hotel staff, the overall cleanliness, even the engaging bar staff in the hotel's restaurant were the picture of hospitality. By far my favorite hotel stay so far in my life. The location is awesome if you're looking to see as much of Brisbane as possible. Staying here made my trip so seamless, they made being thousands of miles away from home that much easier. I am grateful I chose Hyatt Regency Brisbane! Will definitely choose them again.

This is my favorite Hyatt in the world. If there was any critique, the pool bar should be open earlier but otherwise, I loved it.
