Room was on Level 9 and had a nice view towards city, construction site opposite at ground level. Some constriction noise. Room is in need of maintenance (water danaged walls and skirting boards in bathroom, entry door chipped along bottom, paint chips elsewhere in room). Both batheoom and kitchen need a deep clean. Bed very comfortable. Morning sun very hot on bedroom windows and air-con definitely needed.
The city view on the 29th floor was amazing. Apartment was tidy. Only small issue was the shower leaking a bit of water at the bottom of the glass panel.
We had a lovely view of the city. Appartment was really nice and light. Balcony was nice.
Only negative was the elevators. At one point of time two of three elevators were out of service and taking the elevator could take like 10 minutes because you had to wait so long....

Good quality towels and bedding provided.
Great location - close to restaurants/bars and city centre.
Would highly recommend - we stayed here last year too.
We stayed here 2 weeks.The apartment was very good and had mostly everything we needed. The bed was comfy and staff were very kind. The only thing that annoyed us was that 2 out of 3 elevators were out of service for almost 2 days and 1 was out of service the entire period.

A couple of things that made my stay quite uncomfortable. It would have been most appropriate to warn me of the very loud noisy and disturbing construction going on right beside my balcony and bedroom window. I have stayed places where they are considerate and do warn you of noise or construction so you are prepared. The huge pillows made for little sleep, and while sounding perhaps petty, it is great to be able to acutually sleep while in your overnight accom. Whoever designed those pillows obviously has never tried to sleep on them. Again, other places have offered a variety of pillows- which is fabulous. I had to put one of the lounge cushions into a pillow case to try to get some shut-eye.
We had booked in for 3 nights and only received 2 towels and 1 flannel for a couple. Instructions for the dishwasher would be helpfull, otherwise great place to stay. Convenient 10 min walk to Southbank and many eateries and convenience stores eithin walking distance.
Great place to stay! The only thing, as so often, one elevator was out of service the whole time. Luckily it didn't lead to too many delays. Why is it so hard to keep elevators going?
