External noise a real issue
The internal was lovely; however noise that caused the building to vibrate started at the work site across from the apartment started at 6.04AM and concluded at 7.13PM. Unfortunately the owner was not able to empathise with this and therefore we moved out. Apparently it wouldn't impact on normal sleep, however given there were less house in a 24 hour period that we could enjoy the apartment a discounted rate would have been appreciated (owner was approached directly with such a proposal however it was declined).
