Service was appalling. Don’t stay here - false advertising. No BMW transportation, no hot tub, fire didn’t work. Staff was no where to be found and when I did find them, they felt inconvenienced at any request.

Room I stayed in had so much black mold in areas of the tub that I was shocked. Brought it to the attention of staff and general manager and was never contacted about it.
