Welcome to Sea Farm - a newly updated Hamptons retreat lovingly set with designer furniture, made for peaceful relaxation and serenity by the pool yet within 10 mins to all major destinations the Hamptons has to offer. Designed with quiet comfort and luxury in mind, with amble space to host family and friends. Bordering a delightful nursery with views for miles, Sea Farm offers beautiful maintained grounds and easy access to two har-tru and one all-weather tennis court.



The Space:

Enter the double height foyer and living rooms alongside a full library and office. Continue through to the chefs kitchen and dining area, all in an open expansive lay-out offering optimal flow. Continue on through multiple access points to the west-facing, sun-drenched outdoor deck and pool with multiple areas for lounging, tanning, dining and relaxing. A grill and bar experience complete the indoor/outdoor entertaining setup with gorgeous views over the Hampton Yards Nursery.

On the second floor, the primary with en-suite bath with jacuzzi overlooks the neighboring nursery and daily sunset spectaculars. Two guest rooms - one king, one queen - and a windowed bath complete the upstairs. The lower level offers additional accommodations, a media and meditation room, a work-out space and a second office.



Guest Access:

Sonos music system throughout the house. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, 3 tennis courts and impeccably landscaped grounds.

The Sea Farm community sits adjacent the prize-winning Hampton Yards nursery in the heart of the Hamptons. With less than 3mins to downtown Bridgehampton, 5mins to Sag Harbor and 10-15mins to each South and East Hampton one cannot find a more peaceful, yet central location.
