Très mauvaise expérience avec ce logement. Première déconvenue à l'arrivée : le logement est en fait séparé en deux parties indépendantes. Il faut passer par l'extérieur pour monter à l'étage, ce qui est gênant pour une grosse location familiale. Deuxième déconvenue : l'état de l'appartement. Le ménage avait été fait sommairement, il restait des cheveux au fond de la baignoire. Manque de ventilation dans la salle de bain, causant des moisissures au plafond. Plus grave, les rembardes de sécurité de l'escalier et du balcon étaient mal fixées et bougeaient énormément, ainsi qu'une planche en bois cassée sur la terrace qui pourrait blesser si on posait le pied à cet endroit. Lorsque nous avons remonté les problèmes au propriétaire, la réponse a été agressive. Malgré tout un ouvrier a été envoyé pour fixer les rembardes et la terrasse, mais à la toute fin du séjour. En point positif, le nombre de couchage. D'ailleurs une salle de bain/toilettes supplémentaires aurait été appréciable (3 salle de bain et 2 toilettes sur l'ensemble de la location, un peu juste mais on peut se débrouiller). La maison donne directement sur la rue mais pas de problème de bruit. Patio pratique pour manger à l'air libre tout en étant à l'ombre. Pas mal de place pour se garer devant la maison. Mais les problèmes mentionnés ont quand même gâché un peu nos vacances.
