The man did not give me the key, but went into my room. I did not follow him, but waited until he left. I must say, he was mild mannered. I had awakened him between 8 and 9 to check in. He hardly spoke to him. The room is on the ground floor, immediately next to the offiice. The curtains do not close. The dead bolt does not work. There is no heat. The microwave has no place to plug in. It's just there on the counter. Gray towels. Water damaged floor panels. One thin blanket. I put on all my sweat shirts and sweat pants to sleep. I froze. In the morning, the steam from the shower set off the smoke alarm.

Found it location on Expedia, price was the best around and had good reviews. We needed two rooms, so we jumped on their two remaining non-smoking rooms, and booked them. We were pleased with our choice, a simple clean place to rest and refresh for next days drive to Jersey shore. Met our needs perfectly, rooms clean & quiet, well set up.

There was a dirty wash cloth in the shower, the linens (sheets and towels) and walls were all stained (at least that is what I am telling myself) and I killed a cockroach while there. The pictures are very deceiving. I guess I get what I paid for.

Booking was cancelled by property the day of trip. The number listed on Orbitz and anywhere online doesn't go to the property but goes to a foreign call center. Out of six times trying to connect to someone, was only able to get through once, and even then was not able to rectify the cancellation on their end. Thank goodness I called to confirm since I was arriving later due to travel. I could only imagine getting there and being told there was no room despite having booked two months in advance. OYO is a terrible company that lacks anything resembling customer service. Luckily Orbitz was able to get a refund for their errors and luckily I booked a better property since the reviews of this property are lackluster at best. I will never deal with OYO again and can only hope someone will see this review and reconsider booking with such a horrid company.

Not a pleasant night.

This place needs at least cosmetic renovation and upgrade. Old, old, old. Basic room features, clogged bathroom sink, noisy highway, and old beatenup beddings. Stay away if possible.

DONT DO IT. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos on Hotels.com. They should be ashamed to have such a place on their site. It was disgusting. There was mildew in the bathroom and cigarette ashes on the floor. The heater barely worked, and there was no heat in the bathroom- but who would want to shower with ashes on the floor and mildew all around the tub. I called Hotels.com and demanded a refund, but the owner refused. I could go on. Just look at their posted pictures, and mine below. Spend the extra 30$ and stay in the better place.
