We are RCI timeshare exchangers since 1985 and PALACE VIEW by SPINNAKER in BRANSON earns our top rating. It is clean and beautifully maintained; has family-friendly amenities including an indoor pool and pool table; employees we had contact with were friendly with great service attitudes. In 33 years of timeshare trades, this resort earns my top spot!
Had a great stay. Branson was awesome and the ten shows we went to were great like samson. The room had all the things for cooking and baking. Looks like their adding a new building. Hope to see it next year.
This resort in Branson is one of the best in town. The amenities, location and condition make this location a standout. I will attempt to book this location again in the future. My wife and I spent a very comfortable snowy weekend in Branson at Spinnaker.
The rooms are great, the staff and amenities are great, and the entire area is full of things go do. Be sure to go to some shows and try out the abundant restaurants. Drive around the scenic lake area.
We had a 2 bedroom in Palace View Heights. Despite being 2 bedroom, this suite had more than enough room for us and our 4 kids. This was bigger than some 3 bedroom apartments I've been in. Very nice quality room with a wonderful balcony view over Branson and a jetted tub in the Master bath, very nice staff. We even did the timeshare talk...very LOW pressure and were done in 45 mins!! Maybe it was just our sales guy, but it was super easy and well worth our time for the reward. We probably won't be back to Branson, but if we did I would stay here again.
We stayed at the Palace View Resort and were pleasantly surprised at how well maintained and comfortable the Resort was. This is one of the better maintained and furnished properties we have stayed in. The view was outstanding and with the clear skies were able to watch the fantastic sunrise. The Condo was large and very comfortable, It was well equipped with the needed accessories. It was quiet and was easy to access.
Our one bedroom unit was spacious, full kitchen, nice deck backing up to the woods, easy parking steps from our unit. The ground are well kept and landscaped and security gate provides some safety assurances. Unit has a 'fireplace' unit that adds ambiance and a TV with good cable service. Furniture is very comfortable and the king size bed was great. Five to ten minutes from all attractions and restaurants. Staff is very responsive and courteous.
First, the weather: COLD! We were unprepared for the 20's and 30's but the room had a warm comforter and thick blanket if we needed it. The central heat worked perfectly. We decided to cook some comfort food in the full kitchen and have a few meals indoors enjoying the great view. Second, Heather! After a near failure during check in due to a miscommunication, we almost had to look for other resort options around town. But this resort has something special: Heather. Actually, everyone was super friendly and helpful but Heather got the ball rolling to correct a mistake. That little extra changed a very bad experience into a very good experience. Last, week my husband and I spent at the Palace View was very well spent! The room was very comfortable and roomy, the television had plenty of viewing options, the kitchen was well stocked and all the staff were very, very friendly. My husband and I hiked over 20 miles, even in the 30 degree weather only to find the most amazing waterfalls, creeks, hills, stones and views. To avoid the same Check In problem next time, I will get a room number when I book the vacation. Then I will cross reference and keep checking back to confirm the room reserved is indeed the room we booked. *Hoping the gas fireplace works if we return next winter or spring. It's a beautiful addition to the room!
We had a very nice stay here. The resort was very nice and clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We had stayed at some other resorts in Branson a few miles away from downtown and we found it much more convenient to be closer. We would definitely stay here again. Four stars instead of five because the indoor pool water didn't look very clean. If I can't see the bottom clearly I don't get in but the kids didn't mind.
We exchanged here through Interval Intl. Staff was helpful throughout the week, with local tickets, taking care of needs, cheerfulness, etc. The resort features lots of family-friendly activities like crafts, scavanger hunts, bingo, etc. We took advantage of a couple of those. Also, have a good workout room with two ellipticals, two treadmills, and free weights. Our unit was a one-bedroom. We had a short flight of stairs to get to it, but you also had an available elevator if you were not on the main floor. Everything worked well, the unit was very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, good TV and DVD. Bathroom was well maintained and clean. The Wi-Fi was free and stayed connected. It seemed to be of adequate speed. Never noticed any real delays. The only small drawback, and this was a design flaw that probably is not correctable, is that sounds transmit from the adjacent rooms and the rooms above you. Also, the cement walkways and stairs are much like drumheads in transferring sounds to your room, especially when the kids run them. It didn't ruin our vacation or disrupt our sleep, but it was noticeable.
