Love the gated community. The clubhouse meal was very good. We enjoyed our time in Branson!

The place was adorable. The host did an amazing job taking the time to decorate for the holidays and had the Christmas tree lit and Christmas music playing across all TVs. It provided a wonderful experience for us. The communication with the host was amazing.

The overall condition of the property was very good, clean and comfortable. Entering into the condo was very welcoming. The kitchen counters looked a little worn and the kitchen wasn’t well stocked if you wanted to do much cooking. Also the master bathroom tube should be recalked. Still, a nice place to stay.

We did not get a chance to use the pool. Too busy with other things. The fridge door was rubbing on the wall on the right side. My husband tightened the door knob on the first bathroom, it was very loose. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again in the Point Royale area

Very beautiful and clean. I stayed here with my children during our trip to Branson. I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone with children in this gated community. The condo had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the pool and courts. I would definitely stay again.

Spring Break

Very nice location and condo. We were a little confused on how to lock to lock the door from the inside by made due. Also could have used a few more staples on the kitchen items, plastic bowls with lids would have been nice. All and all would stay here again. Very good location.

Property was exactly as described . Great location . Would definitely stay here again . Only issue is there was no way to dead bolt or lock the door other than the main code lock . Would feel safer with a way to lock in the inside when you are in for the night .

Great Branson stay

We enjoyed our 5 night stay, comfy beds and great amenities. Unit above us was very loud the whole time which was a bummer, a working vacuum and mop would be nice in the unit as well. We loved the in unit laundry and the size of the unit! Patio was nice to sit and enjoy coffee and breakfast on! Our building did not have a ramp or sidewalk cut outs for handicap/stroller accessibility which was a bit of a pain but we navigated! We would definitely stay here again though!

Great amenities

We loved staying here! Great location outside of all the busy attractions. We felt very safe with the 24hr security and we were close to all the amazing amenities! (Indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, restaurant/bar, club house and golf course) The only thing was our activities card/lanyard was not in the room cause the people before us took it with them so we had to get one the next day, which wasn’t a big deal, they got it to us pretty fast:) The rooms were all clean but there were a few things that were already slightly damaged when we arrived which included a knob missing from the bedroom closet door, the pottery decoration had chips on two of the four corners, the master bathroom left sink didn’t drain well, the outdoor stuff was all tore up and the kitchen counter looked like it had chips or stripping in it. It’s nice they provided dishwasher and washer pods, would need to bring dryer sheets though. But the beds were very comfortable and the whole condo looked updated, so that is nice. Would stay here again but hope they come in and make a few cosmetic repairs:)
