The condo was nice. You have everything you need there it's just not extravagant.

What a great value. Had reserved a two bedroom unit. When we arrived found that it was two attached - one bedroom units. The larger of the two was well lite, had two bathrooms, huge kitchen and large bedroom. The second unit was definitely smaller with no window in the kitchen - making it dark. It had one bedroom, bathroom and small living room. The two units put together were more then enough space for 3 adults. The furniture and tvs are dated, but functional. Would definitely stay again.

First of all, you do not go to your condo to check in, you go to a separate site that manages several hotels....We had "booked & paid" for the condo for it's location to our venue. However, we were very disappointed to find that our Reservation had NOT come through from either the Hotel or O___, I do not know. ?? We traveled for 11hrs & then this...? The Staff did their best to find us accommodations, but we ended up on the WRONG side of town and 3x's farther away from downtown where we were attending Mtgs. I would think for all of the inconvenience to us, the hotel would of offered us some form of reimbursement. They did not offer anything. I'm not sure who dropped the ball, but this left us in an awkward position to say the least. Lesson learned..."CALL HOTEL TO CONFIRM AFTER BOOKING ONLINE"

Very nice resort. Only complaint was that the room description stated there was a queen bed but it was a full size bed and it was very uncomfortable.

I booked our trip through this website and when we arrived a found out the actual resort. It was average the furniture and lighing of the place was outdated. Also the carpet was stained and I didn't feel comfortabe to walk on the bedroom floors without shoes. We were somewhat disappointed with the look of the room and also the hotel is located down a steep slope.

We were highly impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. We all had our own bed,s and bathrooms and that is a big deal to teenagers! The one thing I recommend doing, check your reservation before going. When we arrived, there was no record that we reserved our rooms. The hotel took care of it, but someone dropped the ball along the way!

BEST TIME WE HAVE HAD IN MANY YEARS. GREAT ACCOMMODATIONS.

The hotel room was clean and it had a living room, kitchenette, bath and bedroom. This was considered the basic standard room. It was a great value and the location was great for a Branson hotel. The check-in office was a little tricky to find. We had to ask for directions twice. But overall, it was a good experience.

Location was great and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Check in is very nice once you find the office. do not demagnetize your room key! you might have to sleep in your car. Very nice until Friday comes and everyone moves in. A lot of loud people! doors slamming, yelling and very boisterous people. The unit was nice (seemed to have thin walls) had everything we needed. Bring food and coffee. all in all it was a great stay until Friday. 12:45 at night doors slamming kids yelling and parents yelling back!

Branson is a beautiful place. Good restaurants, easy to get around town, and the shows are fabulous! We were celebrating our 40th anniverary on our trip. We relaxed and just had a great time. Wi-Fi was not working in the rooms but they did have a room set up for everyone to go to and check their email. There was a letter in our package that said they had hired a company that did not come thru so they had taken them to court and hired around company to complete the wi-fi and it was being worked on. This was inconvient since I like to surf the net in my pj's. We had a one bedroom which was nice. The bed could have been better, but we made it. The pool was nice but COLD...I heard others complaining about this too. Overall, a nice place, good location, and we would stay there again. I would call first to see if the wi-fi is working if that is important to you. Also, it was a bit confusing finding the exact place to check in!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Crowne. We reseved a handicap accessable room and a regular room. They had adjoining doors. It was clean spacious and nicely decorated. Our van broke down the first day and the security men brought us tools and helped us with directions and different garages to go to. Everyone was nice and helpful. I only wish they an outdoor pool. They had a nice large indoor pool but my sister is pregnant and the chlorine got to her but it was clean and sapcious and it had two hot tubs. I would diffently stay again.

The rooms were really nice, and a wonderful price for what you get. Much better than a regular hotel stay. The only weird thing, was having to drive a couple miles away to check in, and having an earlier checkout time (10:00 am) than we would've liked. We felt like we really had to rush to get outta there before being charged an extra $75.00 if we stayed past 10.

The room was nice, but it took us 1/2 an hour to find where we needed to check-in at. The check-in center was a good 3-4 miles from the resort and the staff was less than helpful when asked how to get there. We spent half an hour driving aroung looking for it. I called the phone # from my confirmation email and it whent to voicemail. They called me back 12 hours later and after I explained what I wanted (12 hours ago) when I called the representative said "I'm sorry I guess". WOW!

After a little confusion about where to go to check in, all was well. What a great place to stay for a larger family (5 kids). Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Nice to have more than one bathroom and wonderful to have the washer/dryer. Used the kitchen every day and loved it. Location is perfect... it's so easy to get to everything but when you're at the condo you still feel like your away from all the rush! My kids loved the pool and the game room. A little noisy after "quiet time", but not too terrible. Awesome place if your looking for a "home away from home" kind of experience.

We did not do much while we were there, it was just a get away. the place was average as far as past trips we have taken to Branson. The problem we had was with the check in and out staff. They checked us in ok but some how check us out of their resort one day earlier than our reservations called for which caused us some problems.

Staff was fabulous. I needed a couple of things from housekeeping, and they were graciously provided. However, the high chair we received was filthy and required major cleaning although it came covered in a bag. The advertised Wi-fi didn't work, and we had no idea that we had to drive to our continental breakfast (in a building over a mile away: not fun first thing in the morning with two young children to put in and out of carseats). We ended up buying food to make breakfast every morning - not what we wanted on vacation. A continental breakfast should NOT be advertised if it is not on site.

The Place was real nice we had a problem with the housekeeping staff which has yet to be resolved. Long story short they tried coming in prior to us checking out. a bad taste to other wise nice place to stay for vacation

Great Place to stay,Clean,Very Spacious, but do not take them up on the 90 Minute Presentation of their Time Shares,Nearly 3hrs Long and High Pressure Sales Pitch.
