Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We often vacation in Brandson but the last 4 years we've stayed at Village at Indian Piont and I must say this is our spot now. Don't even want to try anywhere else. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable about things and sights in the area, pointed us in the direction on how to rent boats Thru Indian point marina which is 3 mins down the road. Great place to visit while in Brandson. Highly recommend!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off bad and went downhill. Booked for 8 people, sleeps 8 but bath towels for 5 so we requested more towels at 10pm and were asked to wait until the morning to get more. Pullout couch had a dirty mattress protector on it and the blanket for that bed was also taken out of the closet wasn’t clean. Master bedroom sheets were stained. Dishwasher had leftover food in it and the microwave had food in it. Definitely was not cleaned well before our arrival. To end the stay the ac stopped working our last night there. It was just as hot in the condo as it was outside so got little sleep. At checkout I reported that the ac wasn’t working and all I got was well you should’ve called. Really we asked for towels and that was asking to much so I’m sure if we would’ve called about the ac we would’ve be told okay thank you we’ll get it checked in the morning. Management has yet to call to follow up.
