This luxury penthouse unit located on the top floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and offers the most stunning views of Anna Maria Sound from the screened in lanai. Just a two minute car ride away from beautiful Anna Maria Island, the pristine white sand beaches and turquoise water await!
Stay for a month and access to club house and club pool, restaurant, walking paths and gym is included. The pool shown in the second picture, splash pad and BBQ area are available to all guests, regardless of length of stay.
Accessible by elevator, you will immediately notice the many decorative upgrades and amenities the unit has to offer as you walk through the front door.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity and oversized walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with shower tub combination.
The third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children, and another third bathroom just outside by the hallway with a shower tub combination.
The living room offers comfortable seating, a smart TV and high speed WiFi internet is included.
The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances such as a french door refrigerator, double oven, microwave and a large granite counter-top island with height adjustable chairs. The dining table can seat up to 6 people.

This is the best place we have ever stayed in Bradenton area! Condo is beautiful and stocked with everything needed for your stay! Location is perfect…minutes to Holmes Beach, Publix grocery, and some of the best restaurants around. The 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, gorgeous beach towels, cooler, and sand toys made our trips to the beach easy and convenient everyday! And the pool is also amazing! Also very close to boat and wave runner rentals! Highly recommend the ecotour as well as a walk through the nearby preservations! Even saw flamingos!!Not one bad thing about this property. Will be back!

Perfect!
2nd time to AMI/Bradenton area. First time staying at the property and our family found this place PERFECT! Plenty of space for our family of 6. Easy access to AMI, beaches, etc. We love this trip and will definitely be going back and would stay here in a heart beat!

Love this place.
The property was just as beautiful as the photos. Very clean and fresh. The whole property is very nice. The pool area was clean and well kept. Location to AMI and shopping was perfect. Full kitchen with any accessory we needed. Great layout.

The condo was fantastic and being a penthouse made it even nicer. The place was practically brand new as we were only about the 5th group to rent it. Alex was great to communicate with when we needed something. Would give it a 10 star rating if I could. Definitely would go back!!

Lovely family getaway
This is a beautiful place to stay!! The rooms are exactly as we described. Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. The kitchen is extremely well stocked—plenty of dishes to eat inside or outside. The screened in porch is good sized and had a pretty view. The pool is locate right outside the building and there are gas grills as well . It is a 10 minute drive to Manatee Beach when there is no traffic. There are a number of beaches close and we enjoyed sunsets on the beach and were glad for the beach chairs!
